In 1983, I received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida and in 1986 received my Juris Doctorate from Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Since 1986 I have been licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I am a member of the American Bar Association , the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association, along with the American Trial Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers and the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys.
My practice is limited to representing plaintiffs in litigation including personal injury claims resulting from trucking and automobile accidents,medical malpractice, nursing home abuse , construction site injuries, workers compensation ,insurance bad faith claims, civil rights violations, wage payment claims and class actions . In addition to many million dollar settlements and verdicts in State and Federal Courts I have been awarded fees in the United States Federal Court for the Eastern District in various cases relating to Insurance Bad Faith. I am a member of the hearing committee for the disciplinary board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. I have been designated as a Super Lawyer for more than 15 straight years ,recognized by the Million Dollar and Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forum which is a group of trial lawyers who have secured million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Less than one percent of U.S. lawyers are members.
