Focused on developing arguments for conscience of the community and foreseeability in a sexual harassment case. Listserv is planning to host a weekly employment law Reptile© practice group in Dallas at 2 p.m. every Friday.
Discussed whether the Reptile© will have more an affect if a client waited until after trial to have surgery. Encouraged members to attend KBC courses in Miami on Feb 14,15,19,20,21, and 22.
Focused on whether you are going on code by using an economist at trial.
Discussed adding a continuing education component to listserv membership.
